Child Birth Affirmations

Here are some wonderful links for birth affirmations:

Childbirth Affirmations

Birth Ecology Project

Joy flows through me at the thought of your birth.

Every time I think of the birth process I breathe deep to the bottom of my abdomen.

Breathing deeply into the abdomen relaxes both of us into peace and tranquility.

I am aware of your perfect growth and development.

I know what is commonly called a contraction is a signal of your arrival and I choose to sense your signals of arrival as light abdominal pressure.

Every time I feel your signal of arrival I automatically take a deep abdominal breathe and I say aloud or think “We relax together and you flow from me to me easily and effortlessly.”

We are connected and I guide you gently out through the birth canal.

You flow from the birth canal with ease.

Your body and mine know exactly what to do and we relax into our body’s capable knowledge.

We feel comfortable, secure and confident during the birthing.

The entire delivery process flies by quickly.

Everything flows perfectly like a beautiful dream.

Everyone assisting us are happy and positive people.

We are filled with bliss and joy that we well soon meet face to face.
